My name is Josh. About 6 months ago I stepped into a new role handling all things tech for hybrid telehealth company called MyCounselor.Online. We help people Experience Christian Counseling That Works. We are a relatively small company, but with the onset of Covid we have been experiencing rapid growth. The CEO of the company started using Intercom before I joined to help organize support tickets, answer customer questions, and offer quicker and more proactive support. I have been tasked with overtaking the use of the Intercom system on our client facing website so I am looking to learn about how we currently use it and how we can better utilize the tool to help our clients and even bring in more potential clients. In addition to this, my boss has asked me to spearhead an effort to get intercom working on our private site, he envisions using the Articles feature to build an internal knowledge base and offer groups to help clinicians work through issues they may be facing.
Any recommendations on how to best start learning this complex tool would be greatly appreciated.
