My name is Steven from a company called Healthify. We deliver a solution to help identify social determinants of health (SDoH), allow users to search for social services in their community, and build networks of partners so community members can get direct access to social services in their area.
I've been using Intercom for almost three years now and we mainly use it for answering reactive email + live chat tickets. I would really like to use Intercom for more proactive support and help engage our end users more with our platform and teach them new things directly in the platform. 😃
