As a Customer Success Manager Intercom is something I use almost every day, and pretty sure I still don't know how to best use it!
I'm with a small start-up called Flick and we're an Instagram tool (think hashtag optimization, scheduling and all that jazz!)
I'm here to learn from others, having only been in this field for a year I've still got lots to learn!
We've just implemented webhooks into our onboarding series' to gain more insights into email sequence performance (we gather the data in amplitude to make decisions based on how these emails are affecting our key value metrics)
Sometimes it feels I do more running than walking when it comes to using Intercom!
