New to the forum here and excited to engage with the community learning aspect. I have used Intercom from a CS role for several years and now using it from a management perspective.
My Name is Tim Tietz and I am Senior Manager of Client Success at Buildfire Inc. I am looking to connect with other SAAS Managers on Best Practices with Intercom and ways to leverage this robust tool to make client success the best department we have.
