Thanks for the warm welcome, @Kate Sugrue​! The veterinary industry is definitely slow to adopt new technology but I like to think we're making good progress (with the help of Intercom, of course!). 🙌

One tip while at the veterinarian - ask what your options are when it comes to treating an illness (routine stuff is pretty cut and dry). I'm a licensed veterinary nurse by trade and it does not hurt to ask! For example, if one of your dogs does not like pills, there may be an injection or liquid medication to make your life easier.

I also read that the Delorean might be making a comeback in the next few years, but it'll cost around 100k. Not sure if that includes time-travel or if that's an add-on.. 😉

Thanks for the tip @eric r​. Would you believe one of my dogs has allergies and epilepsy and is on 5 pills a day! Luckily she eats everything though so it's easy enough to hide them in a piece of ham 😂

Hi Eric! I am also a veterinary technician in the states and we have recently started to adopt Intercom for our internal and external communications. Do you have any tips for using SMS vs the messenger? We have only been utilizing a tiny slice of the program and I am trying to change that! Do you work at a specialty practice or general?
