Hi! I'm Victoria and I am a Customer Success Specialist with Punchpass. We offer a class management system for in-person and online classes (mostly in the fitness field, but we also have dogwalking businesses, woodshops, and acting troupes who use us too!).
We are a small company, so it's challenging sometimes to be maintaining the chat queue and also trying to build onboarding series in Intercom at the same time, but those are the 2 main features we use all the time and I'd be interested in improving.
