Just to make sure that we are on the same page, are you sending outbound messages to users and want to track success?
Or you just want to set a goal and track how many users sign-up?
BTW - Pixel is a Facebook product and has different purposes.
Measuring success for outbound messages / banners / etc.
I.e. if I post about a webinar, I want to know how many people signed up from a certain banner/post/message.
Ideally if I can split test it too, it would be awesome.
@user1140 , So If I get it correctly, you have different outbound messages, banners from where customers are getting to the webinar sign-up page and making registration.
In this case, you should use UTM's in the URL to measure success.

@user1140 , You can create an event webinar_registration, once the user submits the form trigger event to Intercom.
Then during the creation of outbound messages, define goal:
