There isnât anyway to directly âalphabetiseâ the âlist of pinned teammatesâ in the Help Desk. Youâd manually have to Pin them in order to make them âalphabetisedâ.
I understand that this isnât ideal so what I will do is flag this with our Product team as a feature request for you đ Please provide any feedback or share any context you may have in regards to your use case here - I will pass this along!
