I can't trigger my desktop tour - any ideas please

I’m trying to trigger a desktop tour for all users who join the platform. 

People are being matched with the tag that I’ve created and being seen by Intercom, but it’s not triggering the tour. See attached. 

Any help is much appreciated

Hey! I would try the following:

  • Extend the ‘wait up to 1 minute’ rule on the series block. It might be causing the series to skip over the tour.
