Hi,

 

I try to export my Workspace data to Amazon. However, in the last step, when I run the export, your system said it needs to verify my email. However, my email account does not receive any verificaiton email at all. I try to “resend”, but still fail.

Hey @CC20 I would ask you to write into Intercom Support here via the Messenger so we can investigate this further for you. Would you please include the email address you expect to receive the verification email as well?
