Hi everyone, I am Raghav Hinduja Swiss (Switzerland) based IT-professional. I’m trying to enable and customize chatbots in my system, but I’m not sure what the best approach is. I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with chatbot setup and customization.

Based on my experience learning and integrating Fin, to get the best results, treat Fin like a new trainee by using the Fin AI Flywheel, focus on analyzing your conversation logs to find gaps, training the AI with specific and concise snippets, and testing everything in the preview tool before you deploy. Using the Optimize button regularly is also a huge help for catching overlapping or redundant instructions that might confuse the bot. Since you're just starting out, you should definitely check out the FIN Academy and complete their FIN AI courses; they are the best way to master these concepts and will save you a lot of trial and error!
