Hi,

I'd like to create a segment for ˜300 specific contacts, according to their IDs

How can I do it, instead of manually typing their IDs?

@user289​ as long as the file has the corresponding emails and names of the users that's not a problem. Intercom will simply update the existing users, in that case, add a tag.

@user289​ You could do a CSV import. Those contacts will then be tagged automatically

@kevin b​ The contacts already exist in the system. Should I re-upload them, with a specific attribute?
