Can I assign an owner to companies?

How can I assign owner to a company? We are a B2B business and our reps are each assigned to a group of companies. We can assign owner to contacts but those change often and we need to segment companies by their account owners. Thanks,

Hey @kobi b​, it's currently not possible to assign owners to companies in the same way you assign them to contacts. I'd be happy to record this feature request for you via our @Product Wishlist​ group!

Hey @Ben Hizak! Great to hear you’re interested in this feature - you can create a custom attribute for companies and manually add the owner's name to this attribute to achieve this. Additionally, if you want to automatically assign owners to your leads and users via the API, you can pass an admin ID to the users endpoint as owner_id. You can find a teammate's admin_id in the URL on their admin page in Intercom.
