I created a Segment, but want to remove some users from it. Is there a way I can do that in bulk, or do I have to go to each individual user to do it? EDIT: It does not appear I can do this even at the individual user level.

@mark t12 Traphagen , How about using tags?

Create segment - Active Last 30 Day + 100 Web Session + Tag is not - Exclude

Once you tag some of these users with Exclude tag, they will not show in the segment.

is it what you are looking for?

Hello @mark t12 Traphagen ,

In Intercom, segments are created by filters. so if you create a segment for the last 30-day active users, users will be removed from this segment once they don't match the following criteria.

Editing segments is not possible, but here is a workaround:

  1. Click on Segment;
  2. Save filter congiuration
  3. Delete old segment and create a new one (Based on saved filters).

I hope this will be helpful, let me know if there are any other questions on this topic.

I understand that, but I want to, say (for this example), create a segment for "active last 30 days" + "at least 100 web sessions" but then hand exclude some users that list picks up. I'm guessing the only way is to create a name or email filter to exclude each one of them. Cumbersome for a long list!
