Filter behavior surprising

Question

Hi,I am looking for all users who are not affiliated with companies.The filter behavior is unclear.I filter for company is unknown but I am getting users with or without a company. See picture below  One more image:

Hey @Ben Hizak👋 The filter "Company Name is: unknown" or "Company ID is: unknown" directly will not return any results for users who have no company data associated with their account -To find all users who are not affiliated with any company in Intercom, you can use thistwo-stepprocess. First, create a segment where users are filtered by "Company ID has any value" - let's call this Segment1. Then, create another segment using the filter "Segment is NOT Segment1". This will give you a list of users who are not associated with any company or company ID.Hope this helps! 🚀
