Users deletion/archiving logs

Question

Hello, Intercom community! Is there a way to monitor the deletion/archiving of users by the teammates? Also, can we somehow limit rights to archive/delete users for some users (i did not find such a setting in the permissions settings)

Have you had a look through the teammate activity logs, I think the entry for permanently deleted auser_rolefrom youruser_rolelist should cover it?I am not 100% on permissions but I have assumed that our chat agents that only have base permissions of an inbox seat and can reassign conversations so they would not be able to delete users (as they do not have workspace data permissions). Thank you for your reply. But I'm afraid that with these settings' agent can still archive users and it will not be even shown in the "Teammate activity logs". Hopefully, someone from the Intercom team will join us as well in this thread
