We are seeing an increase of conversations that are not tagged, but i cannot see to find any reason to why this keeps happening. Nor do i have insight to why in the FAQ. Any tips?

I would need more information as to how you are tagging conversations. Are you tagging them manually/workflows/api etc.?

It may be worth opening up a conversation in the messenger for further investigation as there may need to be more information gathered here before a issue can be identified.

Hi,
You can utilize Conversation Data instead of Tags.

The reason being is when setting up Conversation Data, you can require a specific attribute to be filled before a conversation can be closed. This ensures all conversations are tagged appropriately.

Thanks! Will look into that :) But you have no insight as to why some conversations are not being tagget even though we have automated the tags or where to find the data regarding “not tagged” conversations?
