Allow for Intercom/Slack Integration to work with Enterprise Grid accounts

Working with Fin today, and it told me the Slack/Intercom Integration cannot work with the primary workspace of an Enterprise Grid Slack account. We are getting ready to move over to the Enterprise Grid and need the integration to work with it. 

Here is what Fin said: 
“The Intercom Slack app cannot be installed in the primary workspace of a Slack Enterprise Grid account - it must be installed in secondary workspaces instead. This might require reconnecting if your setup changes.”
