i’m thinking to have DeepL translation feature in intercom
just like livechat platfrom offer API for it

Intercom doesn’t have a natively-built translation tool, but you can check out our App Store to find 3rd party tools have built translation solutions for the Intercom Messenger!
I second this request! My main query is regarding American English and UK English.. can there be a simple word translation based on localisation as i may have to duplicate all my ‘Proactive Support’ in 2 very similar languages!

Unfortunately, we are not supporting that feature at the moment, as Jacob mentioned above.
You can use one of the app integrations from our App Store.
Those in the app store only covers help centre articles or the inbox, whereas I’m referring to the proactive support features.

It would be handy to have the translation tool built into our proactive support.
I am more than happy to submit this as a feature request for our engineers to look into.
