i’m thinking to have DeepL translation feature in intercom just like livechat platfrom offer API for it intercom has it ?

Hi @David Adam!Intercom doesn’t have a natively-built translation tool, but you can check out our App Storeto find 3rd party tools have built translation solutions for the Intercom Messenger!

It would be handy to have the translation tool built into our proactive support.I am more than happy to submitthis as a feature request for our engineers to look into.Would you be that kind and reach out to us with this suggestion via Messenger? It will be a bit easier to keep track of this request with the feature.
