Can I automate the download of the calculated metrics per conversation file to S3, as shown in the Report Creation section? Just to clarify, I’m referring specifically to the metrics data displayed on the report dashboard—for phone calls, emails, and chats—not the raw conversation data. I’ve already reviewed the document about exporting raw data to S3.

You can automate the export of conversation data to Amazon S3 using Intercom’s Data Export feature.
Key points:
- The export includes all customer Conversations data, which can be used for reporting and analytics, single customer views, and data quality/governance.
- You can set up:
• A historical export (up to two years of data)
• Periodic exports (hourly or daily) of new and updated conversations - The data is exported in JSON or JSON Lines format to your Amazon S3 bucket.
