Can I format email replies sent from Inbox?

Hello

 

Is there a way to send Email to my customer (from the Intercom inbox) that just looks like normal e-mail? So that my customer don't actually know I am talking with from Intercom Inbox ?

I do not see a way to do it when you go from Inbox, but you can do so from Outbound and setting the rules to target that specific user with plain email template and your email which is set as custom address in Intercom.
