I know that conditional attributes for conversations are available, but what about tickets? can i set conditional attributes for them?

@Kauã Garcia Magdaleno it seems to be out of beta according to this link is just mentioned as Conditional Ticket Attributes now!

 

@Diana Tripac I noticed that the link I shared above to the beta is no longer working. Do you know why this previous link would be broken?  It would be good to update the team to make sure the older closed beta post is redirected to the released feature for continuity.
