Hi all, How do you deal with forwarding emails in Intercom? Do you also miss this feature in Intercom?

You can forward emails into Intercom, this article goes over how to set that up. Or are you referring to forwarding emails out of Intercom? If so, that's not possible at the moment. You can loop someone in like so 👇

So that they can get a copy of the conversation. You can also export the conversation as a text and create an outbound email to send to someone else 🙌
