I want Intercom to auto-assign incoming tickets to the Client Success role from Salesforce Account Teams. Can this be done with a custom field or workflow automation?

  • When a customer sends their first message → If the audience is TEAM A → Assign to TEAM A's inbox or a specific teammate.
