Upon reviewing all customer tickets, I noticed that customers can detect when we've seen or read their messages. Is there a way to disable this notification?Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi Emma,I understand how it might be convenient, but unfortunately, we do not currently support switching off real-time statuses of messages.You can read more about how it works in this article.I will mark it as a Feature Request suggestion for our engineers.Can you be that kind and reach out to us via Messenger and suggest that. It will be easier to keep track of this when we do it that way.
