Hi, Is there a way to find the ticket type ID from the Intercom platform? I.e. not needing to use the API? I need this ticket type ID to trigger the showTicket method. I’m still quite new to the platform so apologies if I have my terminology incorrect.

Hi @Steve Senez!The fastest way to find that Ticket Type ID value is to open up the Ticket Type in your Intercom workspace and look at the URL in the browser bar. The number that appears after the ‘ticket-data’ path name is the ID value!
