Hello , I’d like to ask if i can integrate my own chatbot into intercom so i can assign some conversations to be answered by my bot

HiWadhah,It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀Potentially, it is possible if you create a custom solution when leveraging custom actions and our API but we are not natively supporting third party bots.

Hello @mateusz.leszkiewiczthanks for responding,I was reading documentation when i saw intercom’s webhooks i wanted to know if it’s possible link between intercom’s messenger and my bot through these webhooks in 2 ways (POST/GET) to assure communication.
