Is it possible to send "notes" to a team" Im trying to send notes to a group of collaborators but I am not sure if it is possible. Thanks!

Hello @jazmin j​, What do you mean by sending notes to a team? Sending some private messages to team members is not possible in Intercom. Or you want to send some note reply to all open conversations in a specific team?Share more details please, I'll try to help.
