@jazmin j​ , Yeap, It's not possible best way will be to reach teams in Slack. If you still want to send a notification in Intercom, the best way will be to create a new conversation and mention the specific team members in the note.

Hello @jazmin j​ , What do you mean by sending notes to a team? Sending some private messages to team members is not possible in Intercom.

Or you want to send some note reply to all open conversations in a specific team?
