Our team is creating a free account, in this service we don't want to give access to the online chat. The support for theses users will be only by e-mail.
Is there a way to disable the chat for some users keeping the intercom logo on the screen? 👀

@user682 If you track those users then it should be possible. Just use "Users who match certain data" under the option "Show the new conversations button" in the messenger settings and use the free plan to filter out those users
