We have a structure where we have more experienced people helping out juniors through mentions and we want to track how many mentions they're getting and how many they're replying to.

Is it possible to track mentions? E.g. How many mentions you have received, how many you have answered, etc.. Thanks in advanc!e

You can track it in Team performance to see how many times one was mentioned.
As for replying, there is no direct way for it, because the reply is considered as another mention.
Ok thanks, unfortunately we don't have access to team reporting as it's restricted in our contract.
Which is probably why I didn't notice it.
