Is there a way to edit the current name of a Mailbox to reflect a more unique naming convention?

Our support needs have evolved and I am looking to change the labels on my Inbox titles to reflect the true nature of the support needed.

@tim t11​ yes you can do that. Go to Settings → General → Teams & Roles → Click on the Inbox you want to rename → Change the name → Save

  • You can create views based on the source or other attributes
  • Teams in the settings of your workspace
  • Automation settings to distribute dialogues between them, set SLA, tag and other neat things
