Prevent Fin From Resolving Conversations | Community

Hi, 

I had a quick query but can see any answer or similar query.

 

I want my custom answers used only. It seems I may need to activate FIN Ai which is fine, but I dont really need it to resolve my customers queries for me, I would like to know if there is a way to prevent Fin from resolving conversations?

So just to confirm - You only want Fin to use Custom Answers when attempting to answer your customers, is that correct?

To do so, you can click create a workflow with a ‘Let Fin Answer’ part. Then click on it and disable all options except for the ‘Use custom answers’ part:

This will allow you to only have Fin answer with Custom Answers! :)
