Schedule replies in Helpdesk

This has been asked before but I truly hope it’s been addressed by the Intercom team as this is a reason to switch providers if not! Can you schedule replies in the Helpdesk to send at a later time?

Hi @Maya Perl,It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀Wedon't have such functionality at the moment. You can send a Message at specific date and time but youcan't send a scheduled replies.You can set up an automation that will be triggered only in certain hours of the day (i.e. outside of you office hours) though.Just to be sure we're on the same page, could you take a look at the article below in case you haven't seen it already?https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/234-schedule-a-message-to-send-at-the-right-time

I wanted to second this request. We are trying to schedule a conversation response to send for a different time as this is how we communicate with our clients. We don’t use the outbound messages at this time.
