I am currently handling one of my client's projects where I have to engage with the audience and customers of 3 different cities in the USA. It is more commonly about medical consultations, So I am looking for a platform where I can engage my client’s customers according to their location and plan their consultations according to customers’ location.
Should I go for it or not? Will I be able to engage customers according to their locations? Is there any plan of Intercom that can sound beneficial for this specific business?

Hi @godofprogrammer ! Ebenezer here from Engineering Support👋.

We do have in-built feature that allow you to communicate with customers based on where they live.

You are able to send a range of proactive messages based on this attribute!

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I am also encountering this issue right now. I’m considering integrating Intercom into my website as well, but I’m still unsure. It seems like a great tool to engage with customers, especially for real-time communication and support, but I’m worried about the setup and possible performance impacts. Has anyone here seen a significant improvement in customer engagement after implementing it? Would love to hear some feedback before making the decision!
