iOS 17react-native@0.72.6;@intercom/intercom-react-native@5.3.1 The issue is:Open intercom conversation window and keep it open Then move app into background (not kill) Reopen mobile app in foreground Will see the header (back / close button) is gone in intercom chat window + previous messages are all gone as well
