2 feedback buttons could be confusing

There’s a ‘Give Feedback’ button above and a ‘Feedback’ button to the right. Why 2?

Hi Anna,


The reason you see two buttons is that they actually go to different places. The "Give Feedback" button at the top is for telling the Intercom product team what you think of the "Optimize" tool itself. The "Feedback" button next to a specific suggestion is for your own AI training; clicking it tells Fin whether that specific content recommendation was actually helpful or relevant to your business.
