Hi guys, does anyone know if we have any addons for remote support? A company I work with had this question and at least I couldn't find it.

​@Diogo Silva there’s not a built-in Remote Support option but you can definitely check out some of the 3rd party integrations for co-browsing or remote support that might meet your clients needs. 

For example Zoho Assist might be your best option, they have a Zoho Assist integration with Intercom

You’ll find a few other options in the app store that support co-browsing but not sure about Remote Support directly.
