Currently there are no specific keyboard shortcuts for Help Center formatting features like note callouts, embedding videos, dividers, and bulleted lists in Intercom. The search results primarily focus on general keyboard shortcuts for navigating and performing actions within the Intercom Inbox, such as composing replies, inserting content, and managing conversations.
For formatting articles in the Help Center, you need to highlight text to reveal formatting options.
