Are there plans to add more to Article reporting?

Specifically, I’d love to see the filter options from other reports on Intercom so I can easy have a breakdown of the views an article gets in different languages or be able to filter to see how many users from a specific customer are viewing an article.

That would definitely be useful. Right now, Article reporting is pretty limited compared to other reports in Intercom. There isn’t a built-in way to filter by language or specific customers, so the best workaround is to use custom attributes and tags to track views, then export the data for deeper analysis outside Intercom.

If more advanced filters are important for your team, I’d suggest adding it as a feature request through the Intercom support team, they do take this type of feedback into account for future improvements.
