Can I redirect Intercom Help center towards a custom URL address under the format mycompany.com/page?

I can't find anywhere a requirement on the format URL, however, when trying mycompany.com/page, I get a red error saying no space or special characters are not accepted.

 

Any help is welcome.

@claire g​ Looks like it only supports subdomains. As a workaround, you might be able to create a second redirect.

So in the Intercom settings, you redirect it to something like help.mycompany.com and then with your host you create another redirect to mycompany.com/page
