Has anyone tried implementing context-sensitive help in your product like how Intercom uses its help articles and customizes the Learn button drop-down?

AFAIK, Intercom doesn’t provide this functionality for us. We have hard-coded links in our app to specific articles to get the same result, but it’s not ideal since it’s manual. I’d prefer it if Intercom gave us the option to display context-sensitive content in the widget.
I wonder how Intercom does this in their UI.
