You can upload a CSV glossary file directly in your Fin AI settings under the Glossary section.
Here’s how to do it:

Go to Settings → Fin AI → Glossary

Click “Import CSV”

Upload your CSV file with the glossary terms and definitions
That’s it, Fin will use your glossary to better understand your brand’s specific terms when replying to customers.

@Marcelo Maderia I think they removed the ability to upload the glossary file. It seems to be a manual process from https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/_/settings/workspace/multilingual?tab=glossary now
