Ebenezer here from Engineering Support👋.Anarticleviewisrecordedanytime someone opens anarticleintheMessenger, orinyour Help Center and will count towards the total number of article views.You can use the Articles API to retrieve your articles, and checkthe statistics objectsto see the total number of views an article has, the reactions that have been left, and the total number of conversations started from an article.
