Currently seems not possible to set brands in the workflows. We need to match a user/lead with a brand within workflows so we can show them the brand-specific help center.  not based un URLs but in other type of data, like people’s data

Each brand can be connected to a specific help center. When the brand is correctly assigned to a user or conversation, the relevant help center content is shown in the Messenger and used by the Fin AI Agent for responses.

Audience targeting can be used for help center articles, allowing you to show specific articles to users based on their attributes (such as plan, user type, or custom attributes). However, audience targeting is set at the article level, not the collection or help center level, and must be configured individually for each article.

For Fin AI Agent, you can configure audiences so that only users matching certain criteria (including brand association) receive content from the correct help center.
