How do I change the text colour in the header?

I have a light background colour as my header, however the text is white and illegible. How do I change the colour of this text?

Hey @iand​, the header text is always white - this colour can't be changed. I'd recommend using a darker background colour in your header image, or else uploading a header image which contains header text as part of the image.

Seems pretty odd in a time of Dark Sites which require light banners to attract attention, and with White text??
