How to resolve 'missing alt text' error related to author images?

The author profile pictures are automatically added to every Help Center article, but only the images manually added to the articles allow alt text attributes. This means that every HC article has always at least one image missing alt text. How can this be resolved in order to improve accessibility of articles? Thank you!

Hey @muriloaguiar, Today there’s no way to add alt text to the auto‑inserted author avatar on Help Center articles.

Easiest accessibility fix: hide the author block so the avatar isn’t rendered:
  - Settings > Help Center > Configure & style > Styling > Shared elements > toggle off “Show article authors.”

For images you add yourself, set descriptive alt text in the article editor by clicking the image and filling the Alt field.
