Hi Trevor, Diogo from Nortrez here!
We usually use Deepl, it has been working really well, it even translates files, and it has both a web version and a desktop version.
We currently use translators, but we are moving to automatic translations with human proofreading. Deepl is not bad if you have a plan where you can add your specific terminology.

We use DeepL Pro and love it! Just hitting some friction with the actual copying and pasting of content into a new translation. It takes forever to get an article copied into a new translation area… Do you see the same with the new knowledge hub?
We used to host our Help Center on Zendesk’s knowledge base, and migrated to Intercom recently. Translating our articles to multiple languages has always been a challenge, even on platforms like Crowdin, which are amazing from a features and community perspective, but too complex for non-technical users.
We recently came accross Swifteq for Intercom and it has been a blessing. Their AI translation process works great and the setup / day-to-day use is simple enough for any user type. Plus, their support is amazing. Sorin, their CEO is always there to help and make changes if you need something specific. Give it a try.
