Intercom "Not found" on free plan | Community

My intercom published articles are no longer showing up - I have been with Intercom for a while so am still on the free plan and until recently they could still be accessed by my customers however I am now getting a “Not Found” error on my public page.

Is this because I’m on the free plan?

I’m not trying to publish new articles, these are articles that were previously published.

Hey ​@Shauna / ​@Approval Donkey / ​@Intercom , we see the same behaviour on our helpcenters. Sometimes a page visit results in a blank page with a “Not found” message on the top-left. What is the status about this? Did you resolve it back then?

 


@Shauna any update? It’s really annoying and our customers are suffering from this.

I’m not trying to publish new articles, much like selecting the right UTV Windshield, these are articles that were previously published.

Yes, your previously published articles are likely no longer accessible because Intercom’s free plan no longer supports public article pages. Upgrading to a paid plan is needed to restore access.
