Is it possible to export my articles reports?

I work in a customer support team, I'm responsible for developing explanatory articles about our system, our tools and the best way to use them.

Exporting my articles ratings would help me to speed up the evaluation of my results.

The reporting in Intercom on our articles doesn’t allow us to play around with it to get the data we want. 

It would be so helpful to have things like:

Time on page, where they came form to get there, searches they are doing, when they do a search and dont get an article that is helpful, how long they are on a page etc. 

We want to get a sense if our articles are helpful, which ones aren’t getting used, if we need better naming on them, if we need to update others because people aren’t finding what they need. We need to have data on this and it looks like you can get some of it using GA4 but then I need to be able to export them to really dig into the data. just a simple CSV would be great. OR the ability to mess around with them in the platform. Making some customer reports that I can save and come back to to see how things have changed. 

It looks like this was put in as a feature request 3 years ago from what I’m seeing. Is the team working on it? Seems like having good reporting on something like a KB would be universally wanted for any company housing a customer facing knowledge base on your system. 
Although, I am seeing the word Legacy on the Articles section in the back end...are you moving away from supporting the Articles feature? It’s a very important part of our partnership with you folks.
