That one is equal to the site’s Title and Description in the Head section of your page HTML.

As far as I know, there is no way to manually customise the meta description, it’s generated automatically by intercom
I've noticed a similar discussion in other posts, but particularly on a post about Ziflow's help center at https://help.ziflow.com/en/p apparently, titles and descriptions are up for grabs there.
So I'm wondering if I can do that for my help center too?
